CITB Grants

If your employer is registered with CITB, they may be able to claim a £600 grant for each NVQ you complete in Plant or Lifting Operations.

How it works

• The grant comes from the Short Qualification Grant scheme.

• Employers must be CITB-registered and up to date with their levy returns (even if exempt from paying).

• Payment is made per learner, per NVQ achieved.

• The grant is claimed after you complete the NVQ and your certificate is issued.

Claim process

1. Complete your NVQ with CADUK Skills Academy.

2. Your employer submits a claim to CITB.

3. CITB pays the grant directly to your employer.
