What Happens After You Apply?

Who Is This NVQ For?

This qualification is for experienced lift planners or appointed persons who are responsible for planning lifting activities and producing lift plans on live construction sites.

What Evidence Will You Need?

Evidence is based on your normal lift planning duties. You do not need to attend classroom sessions or complete written exams, and simulation is not permitted.

Lift plans and supporting calculations
RAMS or method statements
Drawings, surveys or site information
Crane charts or manufacturers’ data, where used
Briefing or communication records
Permits or interface records, where applicable
Meeting notes or coordination records
